I extend my heartfelt concern and solidarity to all residents of Osogbo who have been affected by the recent heavy downpour that has caused disruption across parts of our city. These are difficult moments, and I deeply empathize with families whose homes, properties, and livelihoods have been impacted.
At times like this, our strength lies in our unity and compassion for one another. I urge everyone to remain calm, stay safe, and support neighbors who may be in distress, especially the elderly, children, and the vulnerable among us.
Stay safe!
On behalf of myself, my associates, and the entire Osun ADC, I extend our heartfelt condolences to you, your family, and the entire @elrufai household at this moment of profound grief. The passing of a mother marks the return of a precious pillar in any family, regardless of age, and leaves behind a space that can never be filled.
Her life is reflected in the values, strength, and sense of duty evident in the family she nurtured and the public service legacy associated with her son. She has played her part in shaping lives and leaving behind enduring impact.
At this difficult time, we pray that Almighty Allah grants her Al-Jannah Firdaus, forgives her shortcomings, and accepts her good deeds. May He also grant you and your family the strength, patience, and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
Please accept our deepest condolences and highest esteem.
BABA ỌBELAWỌ IS A LEGEND
“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.”
Baba Amuda Obelawo, the Ejigbo-born industrialist and business magnate, passed on to eternity on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the ripe age of 95. The news of his death came as a shock to many of us, including his family, admirers, and the business community in Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and other places where he established an industrial presence. He had become such a permanent towering figure in our collective consciousness that we hardly contemplated his mortality. Nevertheless, we accept his passage as the successful completion of his sojourn on this earthly plane and the fulfillment of Allah’s will.
Baba was a great leader, an admirable community figure, a successful businessman and industrialist, a father figure to many, a great mentor, and a patriotic statesman.
He served as an informal advisor and inspiration to me when I had the privilege of serving the State of Osun as Governor and the nation as a Minister. Until his passing, he continued to offer me the benefit of his wisdom and guidance. His home was often a place of comfort and relaxation whenever I had the opportunity to unwind with my associates. He was also a strong pillar of support for my politics, my movement, and my administration.
Our movement, the Omoluabi Progressives, will deeply miss the periodic gatherings at his residence in Osogbo. During those meetings, we were often regaled with endless stories of his experiences as a budding businessman, a community leader involved in the struggles surrounding the installation of monarchs, the agitation for the creation of Osun State, his life in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and his relationships with several heads of state and local leaders. Those interactions were always both hilarious and deeply enlightening.
Sheri and I mourn the passing of this legend. We commiserate with his wives, children, family members, friends, and admirers, and we extend our deepest condolences to them.
We pray for the repose of his soul and for comfort for all who will miss him.
May Baba Amuda Obelawo — the man in whose honour Pa Yusuf Olatunji, the Sakara maestro, recorded a timeless and evergreen musical tribute in his volume 14 album, in the late 1960s — awake to joyful activities on the other side of existence. Aamin.
“SUN RE, AMUDA OBELAWO; AROLE LAWANI, OMO MUNIRATU, OMO ALESHILONYE, ATI DI GUN BABA.”

TRIBUTE ON HIS DIAMOND JUBILEE: CELEBRATING PRINCE OLAGUNSOYE OYINLOLA AT 75
I rejoice wholeheartedly with Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, my immediate predecessor as Osun Governor, as he celebrates the remarkable milestone of his 75th birthday.
Prince Oyinlola has lived a life of uncommon service and distinction, both in military uniform and in public office. As a soldier, he rose steadily through the ranks to hold strategic commands and represented our nation with honour on international peacekeeping missions. His military career reached a distinguished pinnacle with his appointment as Military Governor of Lagos State, a role he discharged with discipline and foresight.
In Nigeria’s democratic era, he once again answered the call to serve, leading Osun as its civilian governor. He thus holds the rare historic distinction of having governed two different states in two entirely distinct eras of our national life—a powerful testament to the breadth of trust placed in him and the depth of his leadership.
On a personal note, I recall with deep gratitude his steadfast support during my re-election bid in 2014. His encouragement and solidarity at that critical moment remain unforgettable.
Prince Oyinlola is a man of firm character and abiding principles, shaped by the Yoruba Ọmọlúàbí ethos, fortified by military discipline, and anchored in a deep and unwavering Christian faith. With him, you always know where you stand — and when he stands with you, his loyalty is absolute and unwavering.
He possesses a strong personality and commanding presence that naturally command attention. He does not inspire indifference; people feel strongly about him—whether in admiration or disagreement, and that, in itself, is the hallmark of a true leader who leaves a lasting imprint wherever he goes.
As he marks this diamond jubilee, I extend my warmest felicitations to him and his dear family. I pray that Almighty God grants him many more years in excellent health, renewed strength, and boundless energy as he continues to serve God, humanity, and our beloved nation.
Congratulations and Happy 75th Birthday!

We are unveiling the name of Arichain’s Multi-VM testnet
“Ariadne”
Ariadne, the daughter of King Minos of Crete, is known in Greek mythology for giving Theseus a ball of thread“Ariadne’s thread” to help him escape the labyrinth after defeating the Minotaur. Even today, “Ariadne’s thread” is used as a metaphor for a clue or algorithm that guides us through complex problems.
Ariadne Testnet marks the beginning of Multi-VM, designed to untangle and solve the challenges of blockchain systems.
The testnet is coming soon.
SHUT UP: AREGBESOLA DESERVES HIS POLITICS
There is really no basis for Yoruba Ronu Advice, seeing it is a misguided and fraudulent argument in the case of the emergence of Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola as National Secretary of the ADC.
I’m communicating with you transparently, the team is continuously building products, and we’re sharing the process with you as it unfolds.
But even if you keep repeating ‘When update?’ or ‘When TGE?’, I have no different answer I can give you.
(’m getting way too many DMs, almost over 200...)
"If you’d like to communicate with me about the progress, I recommend joining the Mini-AMA.
Thanks
This Post reflects my sincere thoughts on community building.
To me, community building is not merely about increasing the number of users. I believe its true value lies in fostering relationships and bonds among Arichain community members, and creating a foundation where each individual can grow together within the community.
I genuinely hope that Arichain’s growth will translate into the growth of each and every member of our community.
By “growth,” I don’t just mean improving skills. It means helping you build the competitiveness you need to thrive in the ever-changing crypto landscape.
In the past, community building often focused on numerical growth through clickbait and increasing participation rates. But now, with the rise of platforms like Kaito and the advent of the SocialFi era, owning a “high-quality account” on social platforms like Twitter is becoming increasingly important.
By “high-quality,” I’m not referring to simply having a large follower count or high reach. What truly matters is whether your interactions are organic and authentic, and whether you create content that resonates with people and evokes genuine engagement. These are the key ingredients for cultivating “smart followers.”
While Arichain is a mainnet project, our aim is to build a community where every member can grow alongside the rapidly evolving crypto trends, through meaningful and interactive participation. We’re also focused on fostering an environment where users can grow their own Twitter accounts.
The Ari Creator and Ari Friends programs were founded on this very philosophy and direction.
As personal branding becomes more important than ever, those who develop high-quality Twitter accounts and foster authentic engagement will become valuable assets in the future.
Arichain is fully committed to supporting your growth in alignment with these rapidly evolving crypto trends.
To all members of the Arichain community
if a new user follows you or reaches out to connect on Twitter, please help them feel welcomed and integrated into our community.
Thank you always. I truly believe that we, as a community, can grow together.

Another legacy of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola is the popular O’Ambulance scheme that reflects his commitment to innovative governance, which earned him more accolades for prioritizing lives and setting a benchmark for emergency services in Nigeria.
@raufaregbesola They keep saying you are political irrelevant since you left as Governor of Osun state. But now you have become their nightmare. Keep on great Ogbeni. ,♥️♥️💯✌️
