@Akaneryu07@Elfie88@lunaatiqq Wtf I am not saying that at all. I am talking to a German person that says that "HH" in every context is unproblematic. I am not attacking anyone I am not accusing anyone of anything, I'm just saying it should've probably been caught in design. That's it. Calm down
@J_Park_15@jinniesmycutie@lunaatiqq I dont think the general public outside of Europe know a lot about nazi dogwhistles, its kinda scary actually. None the less, people in marketing and design should know better
@Yunki_134340@lunaatiqq Its a dogwhistle. Neonazi groups use it as "Hail Hi***r" but is really not a well known thing outside of these groups or germany. We learn to recognize it and "HH" and "88" are verymuch banned here on official things like license plates or jerseys, alongside other abbreviations
@jinniesmycutie@J_Park_15@lunaatiqq Its a nazi dogwhistle you can Google it. The original poster is german we learn to recognize it but internationally it's probably not as well known. In Germany it's pretty much banned from anything official like license plates or jerseys alongside "88" and other abbreviations
@lunaatiqq It shouldn't be a big deal but graphic designers should've caught it imo. Maybe it's because I'm german and I am very cautious with dogwhistles. Human hope isn't the only brand using the abbreviation and it wasn't intentional so it's nothing to hate them over.
