RT + Comment “Contra” and I’ll send you 100 products AI agents are looking for.
@spencer@Ocapgames Cool to see what you guys have been doing from afar! Best as I can tell - Strengths: strategy, shipping speed, tokenomics, incentives, community activation and partnerships. Weaknesses: comms, tech issues. Not easy to revive an nft brand and that too in a bear market.
@gregisenberg Love this! Pretty much what I’m doing….Would be cool to see what you consider good examples of core insights -> easy to go too broad or too narrow…
@gregisenberg 💯 Even living in the tools every day still feels hard to keep up with the latest advancements in each model. Ive found that having regular knowledge sharing calls with other founders has been helpful, since no one person can stay on top of it all
Now that the novelty of vibe coding is wearing off, let's talk about the reality.
It's actually been easy to build a prototype for a long time. You could build a simple website or landing page or even an app using no-code tools. And in the early stages that's all you need.
If AI can solve for getting customers (and I mean in a way that actually works), that is much more powerful than solving for just the "build." This goes beyond just vibe marketing.
@celinehalioua I recently joined substack, and have found it to be a much more thoughtful platform / community so far. You can actually explore an idea with some nuance, as opposed to the clickbait everywhere else.
So if big companies now have distribution AND speed on their side, how do startups compete? Seems like niches and high-touch personalization is probably the best entry point.
What's been interesting in this cycle of AI is that, maybe for the first time, we're now seeing examples of big companies shipping FAST. Open AI, Lovable, even Microsoft. Of course, not every big company is moving that fast.
