The whole education system is being destroyed systematically. Please tell me how this is not worse than anything Zia did to Pakistan's education system. Colonial rulers would be proud of what the BJP is doing to finish India's worth as a knowledge centre.
Scholars John Mearsheimer and Trita Parsi argue the US-Iran deal marks a rare rupture between Washington and the Israel lobby, one Trump and Vance could turn into broad public support.
Professor Mearsheimer said the lobby long ago “lost the game” in public discourse, where criticism of Israel is now widespread, but kept winning at the policy level, until now. “What you see happening here is a huge crack at the policy level. It’s the first time we’ve seen that,” he said, adding that a sophisticated appeal to a war-weary public would resonate.
Parsi warned the bigger threat to the deal may be Democrats. He said many senior Democrats who once backed diplomacy are now leveling “bad-faith” and “intellectually dishonest” attacks to make the deal as costly as possible for the administration, behaving as Republicans did against the 2015 accord.
If their resistance helps sink the deal and the US slides back toward war, “it will also be the Democrats’ war,” he warns.

Hasan Piker: “There’s always a healthy flow of migrant workers that will come to the US that will work for pennies on the fucking dollar to make ends meat to work in slave-like conditions because they’re desperate. Why are they desperate? Because we’ve destroyed their countries. We’ve manipulated their finances, destroyed their economy, extracted their natural resources. We’ve kept them down and underdeveloped by design to create this chaos and then they’re desperate enough to come here and we don’t allow them to get the proper paperwork so our capital owners can justify paying them nothing”
🇮🇷 Iranian Professor Marandi:
“ISIS was created by your regime.
Al-Qaeda was created by your regime.
The head of Al-Qaeda went to the White House — the same organization you say carried out 9/11.
So how are we supposed to know who the terrorists are, based on your standards?”
Seeing footage of Palestinians in Gaza, watching the World Cup and cheering on Muslim/Arab teams - it’s hard not to feel something in your throat. Abandoned by almost all of their Arab & Muslim brothers, so many still wave their flags in love and solidarity.
Imagine if people in our mainstream media got as mad about Israel bombing a cafe in Gaza full of women and children, and killing over 40 people, as they did today about a cafe in New York refusing to serve Rep. Dan Goldman because of his pro-Israel views.

Fact-check before you rage-post.
JD Hall & Tucker Carlson COMPARE Israeli TAXATION of churches to Ottoman rule
'Ottomans took care of our HOLY SITES... DIDN'T TAX our churches'
'PROTECTED Christian pilgrims, REBUILT Church of Holy Sepulcher...'
'They were VERY KIND to CHRISTIANS'
Alan Greenspan bade us farewell today. A man who was celebrated as the central bankers' central banker based on the conviction that markets are divine and volatility is a virtue.
His epitaph? A singular, glorious confession: “I found a flaw in my model of the world.” A flaw, he said, as though it were a leaky pipe, not a total collapse of the intellectual architecture that anointed him Oracle. For decades, he preached that the self-interest of the predator was the invisible hand of the common good.
Then, in 2008, the beast devoured the table, and to his credit he blinked, admitting that his entire worldview—the one that central bankers canonized and the world swallowed—was a fairy tale for rentiers.
He did not, of course, admit to culpability. That would require a moral compass, a device notably absent from his Ayn Randian toolbelt. No, he merely noted the flaw, as a meteorologist might note a gust of wind, and returned to his well-earned silence.
So farewell, Maestro. You helped erect a broken global casino economy, but at least you had the decency to read the autopsy report aloud. Alas, countless millions are still paying for your asterisk. https://t.co/ftWXeIeAQr
Palantir is building Trump’s mass surveillance state, and they’re snatching up Democratic lobbyists and donating to Dems so they can continue spying on Americans long after Trump’s gone.
Big money in politics is not compatible with democracy, but it is with fascism.
Congressional candidate walks old lady into nyc polling station while Jewish woman harasses her with screams of “As a Jewish woman I feel unsafe in this city” while feeling safe enough to scream at a candidate in public. @DarializaforNY has to win!
This is clinical apathy and disinhibition. After listening to Chris Wright babble about quantum computers, Trump totally ignores him and asks about the Strait of Hormuz—then pivots to asking a scientist if he “knew my uncle at MIT.”
He just doesn’t give a shit about anything.
I'm so mad about how they're being treated by this rotten country but it's very heartening to see how Mexico has embraced them. The far superior North American nation.
