Tried to change addr of my TV lic. Didn’t have a license no. I paid by DD. Was asked to put in my old address. I tried to do this. My old address was on the drop down list so I selected it. A messge appeared saying this addr didn’t exist. Makes no sense. Lived here for over 30 yr

I need an email or address to complain. I had to cancel my email after being hacked. Have had problems for months now. First no emails for weeks then I couldn’t send emails. Then hacked. Treated like I was stupid. I just want answers. I now use gmail.
