@EE @Ofcom I was recently told by an EE advisor that I had to be referred to Ofcom in order to complain. I advised them that this was incorrect but am worried if this is the information consumers receive.

@DownloadFest Feedback from someone who has attended for the last fifteen years with her family-
1 Lack of toilets this year was poor.
2. Queues to get into arena too long. Should have queues for those with no bags.
3. Arena feels very cramped compared to past years

@tesco Grant Way store cafe telling me they were closed at 4.35 after leaving me waiting for over ten minutes. Very poor. Cafe says it closes at 5pm and even if they were packing up at 4.30 I should have been acknowledged #Tesco #poorcustomerservice #GrantWay

@WestLindseyDC The road ahead closed sign, end of Owmby Cliff Rd, is in a dangerous position and will cause accidents. Turning from Ermine St onto the road is already hard due to the tight corner and speed of traffic behind. The sign forces cars to the opposite side of the road.

@ForestPinesDTbH I am a member of the health club and used to enjoy a swim and a coffee and snack in the bar afterwards. Unfortunately with the changes to the bar menu you are now clearly only focussed on golfers and spa days.

@RoyalMailHelp We’ve just paid a fee to have a birthday card delivered. The card had a barcode second class stamp on so we cannot understand where the £1.50 fee came from (3-1008691191238).
The card was delivered opened so we are wondering if something was removed? #royalmail

@HumBridgeNews Please ensure the crossing detection system is more efficient. A few times now I have checked the day after crossing and my trip has not been registered, only to then forget and be charged an admin fee. Unfair and feels like a money making scheme. #humbertag

@daedalic I contacted you for support with The Lord of the Rings Gollum and have not received a reply. My game has a glitch-end of level 2 The Rattler, the cage is blocked and I can’t hide inside. I’ve restarted the level, played as different users and checked the installation.
