🚨🇬🇧 Meanwhile in Piddington, England
This small village in Oxfordshire is holding a referendum, to try and declare independence from the State of the United Kingdom.
Why?
They are looking to reclaim their own sovereignty, after the treasonous UK Government announced plans to 1,200 foreign unknown military age fighting Men next door to their homes.
To the incoming Prime Minister,
I write as Chair of Piddington Parish Council with a clear message from our village.
Faced with the Government’s proposal to house up to 1,250 adult male asylum seekers at Bicester MOD Site A, under a sign-in/sign-out arrangement, the people of Piddington have considered an extraordinary question: whether our village should seek to leave the United Kingdom and become the independent Principality of Piddington.
The result: 96% voted in favour of pursuing a referendum, with an extraordinary turnout representing almost two-thirds of our entire village population.
This is not a gimmick. It is a measure of how deeply our community feels that its voice must be heard.
Prime Minister, an Open Letter setting out our position, our mandate and our request for dialogue is now on its way to you. I will also be publishing a copy here so that our community—and the country—can read it for themselves.
We are seeking dialogue. We are seeking a solution. Piddington may be a small Oxfordshire village, but we have found our voice—and we intend to use it.
The Principality of Piddington. The Village That Roars. 🐻
I am Spartacus, You are Spartacus, We are Spartacus!!

The residents of this tiny rural Oxfordshire village want to separate from the UK to avoid having a migrant camp being dumped on top it.
1250 migrants are coming to the village of 350 residents.
New laws in Afghanistan, introduced by the Taliban, mean that men can now marry girls at any age – there is no limit. Male relatives can arrange this with other men, and it’s only once the girls reach puberty that, in extremely limited circumstances, they can ask a court to dissolve the marriage. What’s happening in that country is horrific, and it begs the question why Amnesty are not putting all of their resources into tackling this latest child abuse atrocity.

She found herself in council pound kennels that give the dogs the legal 7 days only. She is in a mess. She is very lame and has a large boney lump on the inside of her hind leg. She is underweight and was covered in fleas!
She has undoubtedly been badly treated and is frightened of touch until she knows she will not be hurt.
She is just a sweetheart and we have kennelled her with another 2 lurchers who are helping to give her confidence.
We need to get her lameness investigated firstly and will update once we have a few answers.
If anyone would like to help towards her costs our details are below and thank you

A horse pulling a carriage in New York City’s Central Park collapsed and died Tuesday evening near Strawberry Fields, according to witnesses and animal welfare advocates. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m., with the horse reportedly dying minutes after collapsing.
The death comes just days before supporters of Ryder’s Law are set to rally at City Hall in support of legislation that would phase out the city’s horse-drawn carriage industry. The bill is named after Ryder, a carriage horse that collapsed while working in Manhattan in 2022 and later died from his injuries.

🚨 ANOTHER NYC CARRIAGE HORSE IS
DEAD 🚨
This heartbreaking footage was taken in Central Park and shows Deniz, a 16-year-old carriage horse, taking his final breaths after collapsing while pulling passengers.
Join us Wednesday, June 10 at 12 PM on the steps of City Hall for a major rally reintroducing Ryder's Law and demanding that the New York City Council Speaker Julie Menin, and Mayor Zohran Mamdani advance and pass Ryder's Law to end this horrific suffering once and for all. Tonight's tragic and preventable death is a devastating reminder that this legislation cannot wait.
Horrified New Yorkers watched as Deniz struggled in agony before dying in front of a crowd of shocked and heartbroken witnesses. Some were crying and hugging one another as they watched.
No horse should suffer and die this way in the middle of New York City.
Deniz's death underscores the urgent need to pass Ryder's Law before another horse is killed or more people are injured.

Please retweet, more dogs and puppies dumped in #Birmingham today!! #UK
Why isn't this pet crisis in the media? 💔💔💔
Today has been one of those days that truly highlights the scale of the welfare challenges we are currently facing across the West Midlands.
This morning, not one but seven Mali X puppies were found dumped in a box and brought into our care. Alongside them came a three-legged Staffie Cross who is painfully thin, with cuts to his face and fear written all over him, and a small terrier who arrived badly matted, dirty and passing blood in his urine.
All of these dogs came through our doors today.
Each of them will have their own story and their own experiences that have led them here, but what they all share is the urgent need for safety, compassion and immediate support. As soon as they arrived, our team carefully assessed them, administered the first aid they required, and ensured they had everything they needed in those crucial first hours, warm beds, fresh water, nourishing food and, just as importantly, gentle reassurance to help them begin to feel secure.
Days like this are emotionally heavy, but they also shine a light on the extraordinary dedication of our staff who respond without hesitation, always placing the dogs’ welfare at the centre of everything they do. We are incredibly proud of the calm professionalism, resilience and kindness shown by our team when faced with situations like this, and of the steady, often unseen work that goes into helping each dog start their recovery journey.
To every dog who arrived with us today, you are safe now, and we will do everything in our power to give you the care, stability and future you deserve.
If you would like to support the ongoing care of dogs like these, your donations and shares make a genuine difference, particularly at a time when the number of complex welfare cases continues to increase.
