@danaparish And the reverse is true from the right. Taking the vax mean you believe authority, even a deep state, and taking CDC recommended protocols the same. So it's hard to engage with anyone over truth, unless you share the truth at the beginning.

@danaparish True. Most people, have taken sides, and it's very political. Anti-vaxxers anybody using critical thinking with vaccines, must lean right. Lefties call anyone who has a criticism of them a conspiracy theorist. Disagreeing with CDC imakes you a right winger or egoist.

@danaparish Industry learned from the tobacco years, that the best way to make advocacy inadequate, is to infiltrate advocacy groups with people who report back to them and lend their ideas--to sow division, in the spirit of debate. It's hard to know who's a plant.

The story that the vaccine was removed by antivaxxers is bull. It caused injuries, and was costing manufacturers more than they made. If/when govt recommends it, taxpayers cover liability and. Lack of liability is why vaccines are so popular to make. There's no downside.

It was pulled for causing severe injuries, as documented in FDA hearings.

Many were HCWs who got it first, & became crippled by RA, some had neuro injuries, some died. It was not pulled Bc of “low demand” or “antivaxxers.” That’s propaganda.
