@jet2tweets we go on ho on Thurs, I have just seen a number of reviews complaining of a fly infestation at the hotel. Called jet2 who have told me there is nothing they can do, a manager will call me in 72hrs. I would like to be moved before we travel. Please can someone help?

@jet2tweets I called [phone] and pressed the relevant options. The lady I spoke to said she called the in resort team who said there wasn’t a problem but I can see the reviews and see people have been moved in resort. I do not want the stress of that with two young kids.
