@DrLezhenry This is the same issue my Mum faced throughout her career in education. Fifty years later and we are allegedly ‘woke’ but it’s the same old story. Racism is systemic, pernicious, embedded, and institutionalised, the ‘norm’ not the exception. Enough is enough, change must come.

They don’t seem to have a clue. Our doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals deserve a better deal so do the people of the United Kingdom. The decision to strike is not just about pay but about working conditions and the impending demise of the NHS.

Administrators and a health minister with no knowledge, experience or understanding of the 4 pillars of the NHS, the Hippocratic oath, the 6 Cs of nursing making decisions which are not in the interests of the NHS, healthcare workers or the health of this nation.
