@TELUSsupport Terrible customer service, again! 1 hr 41 min on hold, rep came on, she confirmed my number and the call failed. She didn’t call back! I have Telus cell and internet but bundle prices don’t show on my bills. I have to call EVERY MONTH. Hours on hold every time!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I had an appt to have internet installed between 8-9am today. I had four messages from Telus confirming date and time including one this am. I booked off work- but no one showed up or called or messaged by 2pm when Ieft! New appt? TEN DAYS FROM NOW?!

@Bell I just spent 25 mins on the phone trying to cancel my watch cellular service that was actually stopped in Sept when I became a Freedom Mobile customer. Agent wouldn’t do it for me! I’m still being charged for no service or usage! What the?
