Dear Secretary Kennedy,

I am writing to inform you of what I have personally witnessed as a paramedic: young adults in their 20s suffering strokes, heart attacks, and aortic dissections that caused them to collapse and die at the ER entrance. The volume of damage I have seen following COVID-19 vaccination has been extensive.
These injuries are not being properly documented. I have been laughed at by physicians after delivering young patients when I raised the possibility of vaccine injury upon learning they had recently received the COVID shots. The data remains skewed in favor of the pharmaceutical companies. The bias that was permitted and actively advanced by your predecessors is still present and continues to produce lasting harm in communities.

My request is direct. Issue a comprehensive questionnaire to healthcare facilities requiring every physician, nurse, and medic to report the post-vaccination injuries and sudden deaths they have personally witnessed. In addition, establish clear documentation standards going forward that record COVID-19 vaccination status so outcomes can be evaluated against actual exposure rather than remaining in permanent speculation.
Most Americans know someone who believes they were harmed by this product. It is time the record is settled for those living now and for the generations that follow.

🚨 On Friday, November 28, 2025, FDA Chief Medical Officer Dr. Vinay Prasad sent an agency-wide email that will be recorded as one of the most consequential admissions in the history of U.S. public health regulation.

In unambiguous terms, the FDA has now formally concluded that Pfizer’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccine caused the deaths of previously healthy American children and adolescents between 2021 and 2024.

These deaths were not random events or coincidences.

After completing a long-delayed causality assessment of pediatric VAERS reports (work that should have begun in 2021), the agency classified multiple cases as “likely,” “probable,” or “possible” vaccine-related fatalities.

Dr. Prasad’s direct words to FDA staff:

“It is difficult to read cases where kids aged 7 to 16 may be dead as a result of covid vaccines… The truth is we do not know if we saved lives on balance. It is horrifying to consider that the US vaccine regulation during the pandemic may have harmed more children than we saved.”

Let that settle.

The FDA’s highest-ranking career physician has stated in writing that the agency’s own regulatory decisions may have produced net harm in the pediatric population.

Facts the FDA can no longer dispute:

• 2021 pediatric authorizations relied solely on antibody surrogates; no randomized trial ever demonstrated mortality benefit in children

• Senior regulators Marion Gruber and Philip Krause resigned in 2021 over pressure to accelerate approvals beyond the evidence

• Manufacturers were never required to conduct large, placebo-controlled safety studies in healthy children

• VAERS is a passive system with substantial under-reporting; the confirmed cases represent only a fraction of the likely total

• School, extracurricular, and travel mandates persisted long after these fatal reports accumulated

Dr. Prasad has issued a clear directive: all future vaccine evaluations will be governed exclusively by rigorous clinical endpoints.

Surrogate markers, political timelines, and external pressure will no longer suffice when children’s lives are at stake.

Staff unwilling to adhere to this standard have been invited to depart.

This admission is on the official record, in writing, from the leadership of the FDA itself in 2025.

Children died as a direct result of regulatory decisions made by this agency.

The agency that once described these vaccines as uniformly “safe and effective” for children has now conceded, in writing, that the statement was false for an unknown number of American families.

The public deserves immediate action:

1. Full, unredacted release of the causality assessment

2. Formal withdrawal of all remaining COVID-19 vaccine recommendations for healthy children and adolescents

3. Independent congressional investigation into the regulatory failures that led to these deaths

No child’s life was expendable.

The reckoning begins now.
