Christopher Plummer, who was a concert standard pianist with a fine musical ear, was furious when his singing voice was dubbed in “The Sound Of Music” (1965), and went on a drunken rampage through Salzburg. (He told me in an interview that the dubbing incident was one of the reasons he was rude about the film.) This is Plummer’s original vocal performance of “Edelweiss” - a chance to hear the song as he recorded it.
Steventhen Holland was conceived in rape.
His life still has value.
Steventhen’s birth mother functioned as an 11-year-old intellectually. At age 18, she was raped by five men. She had no money, no job, no resources and, she didn’t tell anyone what had happened to her.
When mental facility employees noticed that she was pregnant, they pressured her to abort her baby.
She refused, ran away, and became homeless.
“Despite what everybody else thought — and they thought that I wasn’t worthy, she did."
Years later, Steventhen got to meet his birth mother, Glenda Sue.

@naomirwolf The publishers today love this. They also encourage and publish stories with gay andctrans characters. Don't even submit unless those are featured positively.
@JamesHu27192912 My fix is that all our representatives and legislators move their main office back to their home districts and live among the people they represent. No more fancy lobbyist luncheons, staff catering to every whim...they don't do anything anyway... so why not?
@DavidStrom One more...Wyoming's appointed, not elected, supreme court overturned the people's will by letting abortion till birth stand. The liberal judiciary argues abortion is healthcare... while dismissing the person who dies. Child sacrifice is ok by them and it disgusts me.
