With todayโs session on #resilience, I took the class #outside ๐ณ๐ We used Lego play techniques to identify personal values & what brings us joy, to create strategies for greater #wellbeing. Great time of reflection & hope ๐ @uniofexeter#festivalofDiscovery#play#LSP
I had to miss a couple of sessions I was really hoping to attend so these reflections of the @PlayfulUniClub meetings have been so helpful, thank you ๐
From a 'Journey to Joy', to an 'Age of Play', and a reflection on 'Playful Mindfulness', you can read more about the great @PlayfulUniClub meetings in their monthly updates below:

The husband @GavJB has adopted a #gamification approach to getting the kids dressed this morning! As the #seriousPlay practitioner in the house Iโm thinking... โwhy didnโt I think of that?!โ Iโm now off to produce a leaderboard, countdown clock & prizes!
The writing retreat gift box was such a thoughtful idea! (Even though my kids got to the sweets before I could! ๐คจ๐๐). Such a great group to spend the time and share ideas with too @UoEEduInc
We also think they enjoyed their gift boxes (full of recycled & recyclable things to help them thrive & get the most out of the retreat)! @SawsanKhuri @janicejbutton@helzfc123 Christine Robins @marchbank_a Isabel Aruna @MananShah4432 @MengyaZhao1 Angelica Bas & @garrett_rhianna
"We should all have no fear of using play as a serious part of pedagogy." This was a major point made by the lovely @alisonrjames when speaking (without PowerPoint!) at our @UoEEduInc funded Monthly Meeting. Read more about it here: https://t.co/oEHTWlgVdM
Have to thank the wonderful @UoEEduInc@se_dyer@Tom_Ritchie1@curiousways for a brilliant writing retreat split over the last 2 days. I actually got the short paper I have been putting off done! So inspiring and just what I needed, thank you!
It has been a real honor to facilitate the @UoEEduInc Online Writing Retreat. Such enthusiastic participants - and a wonderful dynamic between the individual productivity and the social /sharing elements. Thanks all who took part!
