@MariaUloko Thank you! I had BAD interstitial cystitis for years, until I created a way to cure it myself! The book is coming, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. My experience with our systems were terrifying and eye opening and I believe I’d be dead by now, if I didn’t experiment myself.

I’d love to hear about their last period or pms, menopause.. ya know, ANY kind of frame of reference!
