@KickersUK I’ve contacted you 3 times via live chat regarding a refund for an item which was returned to you in December. 3 times I’ve been told I’d receive the refund in 3-5 days. Still no refund. Who do I have to contact to get my refund? Your live chat is a waste of time.
@TUIUK can you confirm that the flights which were cancelled for June will be operating again in July? Or do you have a planned date to contact customers who will be affected in July? Due to fly 13/7/22 flight TOM344 which doesn’t look like it’s been rescheduled yet.
@TUIUK Told my holiday is cancelled. Haven’t received an email. It won’t let me sign in to manage my booking. Been on the phone to you. Someone tried to transfer me to your cancellations department who kindly cut me off. Been on hold trying to get back through for an hour! 😡
