At a mtg last yr Larry Lee, CEO @SacObsernewspaper (60-year old Black newspaper) shared that his org quadrupled their staff size in just 16 mos. The @knightfdn event was focused on sustainability. Attendees stood and clapped. I had tears in my eyes. Everyone wanted to know how.
