@RRussellDavies I am very fortunate that the local university has a podiatry unit. After a few weeks of trialling various options - exercise; taping of the heel; inserts in my shoe, they started me on ultra sound treatment. Building up the minutes+ intensity over 8 weekly treatments. It worked!
