@ForeverScept And adopt our way of life - nope we need logical pratical people not many in UK have a warm heart, they are thick at large, sell uni courses thrice the price and lack DEI at board levels. Instead say Brits can learn from other wise cultures too! British privilege is too high?!

@TfL the customer service only says cyber attack for past few months and today they added they are paid minimum wage as another excuse. I am surprised at the ways people at TfL dodge along with strikes. R u able to act and avoid countless excuses. One month still refund?!

@TfL my contactless refund submitted 22/01/2025 now one month still refund not processed. Ticket number 20983935 get in touch as no email on ticket escalation after speaking to Ahmed yesterday. Takes just 3 hours yet I hear lousy excuses. Can you get in touch asap?

@Clare_k_x @British_Airways @Clare_k_x does the email you stated for BA work for refunds too? Been 4 months and no way to contact them as I flew @Iberia run by BA. They seem reluctant to share a email for BA. What worked for u Clare? Surprised they refunded u. They don’t give our money. How did urs work?
