I obviously don´t have enough followers to receive help.
She should be thrilled to get her account back, many others don´t

@cafelebee @ScopelyExplore @scopely @PokemonGoApp I´m in the same situation. Contacted @ScopelyExplore support and their responce was that it didn´t meet the criteria for restoring my account.
I did nothing wrong, my email was hacked and PTC account stolen.
And @ScopelyExplore didn´t want to help

@MxKestrel What can be done? In my case my email was removed and changed to a Gmail (I have the email adress)
The account is still on friend lists and is still active.
Scopely/Niantic support responded that it didn´t meet the criteria for restoring my account.
