VIDEO: What is happening here is a very serious problem for our country, but the more serious problem that should worry everyone is the fact that these people can do these things in broad daylight for hours or even days without any @PoliceNG or any other security agency like the @NSCDCrops showing up to arrest them. And even with the video showing their faces, it is most unlikely any of them would be arrested and prosecuted.

That is very troubling situation that every well meaning Nigerian should be worried about. It is a tragedy.

A cultist was threatening this person and she reached out to @egi_nupe. Baba referred her to me since its a Police related case and I de Anti Cultism. When she came, I asked why she didn’t report to the first in the first place and she said to my face “I don’t trust Police”. I asked “do you trust the lawyer that referred you to me” and she said “of course I do trust him and that’s why I reached out to him first.”

Well, we picked the suspect after a lot of stress, and the parents said their son can never be a cultist. They came to the office, and cried all their eyes out. Eventually, the mum also discovered that he had stolen all her Gold at home, sold them cheaply and used the money to buy drugs and also threw a correct birthday party for himself.

During investigation, we actually discovered he’s mentally unstable. The parents brought medical report to that effect and in fact, he was undergoing treatment when he sneaked out and didn’t return home for two weeks.

After all the stress, I asked the same lady again: “do you trust the Police now?”
She said “honestly, you people tried but I can’t still trust Police o”

I almost cried 🤣🤣😂😂
