Just FYI: @AmericanAir won’t allow my mom (a widow btw) use a flight credit from a flight she booked for the holidays (but purchased in Sept) to book a flight 1 year and 12 days after she purchased the flight. Thanks @AmericanAir for taking such good care of your customers. 😡
