@ajay1227 @TonyDungy It also says in that verse you are referring to that “he chose us in Him”, or another version says those that are in Christ, Christians, those that have chosen to follow his plan of salvation. Not that it is predetermined who goes where for eternity

@ajay1227 @TonyDungy If that is the case, why does the Bible teach so much about how to live a Christ like life and command us to try and help lead others to Christ? If our final destination is already determined, none of that would matter.

@ajay1227 @TonyDungy I encourage you to really search the Biblical meaning of that word. Ephesians is a place to start that discusses it. If we as individuals are predestined to heaven or hell, then our life and how we live wouldn’t matter.

@ajay1227 @TonyDungy God’s plan of salvation is what is predestined, not the individual. Whether we choose to follow him, and as a result receive a reward of heaven, is up to us. It’s available to anyone who wants to accept Christ.

@brandon_j_simon @barstoolsports I agree. Seems to be a lot of stoppages, but the majority are to go to the replay booth. It’s got to be hard for players to get in a rhythm when every few plays it seems like there’s a review. Once again, pointing back to technology.

People not in leadership roles become spoiled and take for granted the success of things they are fans of or are a part of as a result of the work of those in leadership roles. Those people also have no idea how hard it is to get to the top and stay there consistently.

Can someone explain the wrist bands in baseball and softball? It used to be just offense and now it’s defense too. What happened to just throwing some numbers down between the catchers legs and throwing a pitch? Just doesn’t seem right. Looking for a legitimate explanation.
