@roborockglobal happy I got one with obstacle avoidance so it could roll right into a pile of dog shit this morning and track it across my house.

@AskAmex how come I don't have an option to refer for the platinum card? I can refer for my gold card but my platinum referral option isn't listed there

[Jared Ungarten @jaredbsn123]

@AmazonHelp trying to trade in an old Amazon echo. Went to a whole foods store listed in the trade in locations and they didn't know what to do and barcode doesn't scan. No way to get any support. Can't trade in my item now so what now?

[Jared Ungarten @jaredbsn123]

@HDCares order # WG83473213 - Ive been waiting for multiple refunds for weeks. Rep on a chat just told me my refund was completed in a store and gift card was made there. Not the case. Please just give me my money back

@NavyFederalHelp hey, are the messages on the online banking answered by people or robots? Trying to get this $100 referral credit I earned and its saying it's too late. my referral joined in December when it was still valid. Just keep getting the same response over and over.

@AskUphold y'all gonna be listing Pi?

[Jared Ungarten @jaredbsn123]

@GE_Appliances top oven in my double oven has no convection (it's not working) never even got to used it. Broken since day 1. Now I find out that it's on backorder with no ETA. Kinda lame tbh.

@SamsClub Hey, I bought the members mark pro charcoal grill with gas assist like 3 days ago. Price just dropped $50. Any chance y'all are chill like that?

[Jared Ungarten @jaredbsn123]

@walmarthelp ordered a freezer and it arrived dented. Can't do any online chat because I just get in an AI bot loop. Clicking "return" prompts me to bring it to a store. I got it shipped here. I have no way to bring a chest freezer back to a store? What's up?

@VW I'd like an explanation why Volkswagen doesn't have the sunroof drains as part of the factory maintenance that dealerships are trained on, and frankly the repair performed for free since the VW service I pay the dealership for doesn't include this even though the manual does

[Jared Ungarten @jaredbsn123]

@VW @vwcares mk7 golf sunroof drains. Dealer tells me that it's 2k to fix everything because I didn't do the recommended drain service, but all of my service appointments have been at vw dealers and none of them have recommended any service for sunroof drains. How is that fair?
