@PragmaticNurse In my lay opinion, the issue is direct sun which brings too much intensity.
We would be much better off in the shade for 8-10 hours a day than indoors. (And/or wear a hat to cover the face if in direct sun.)
Nice, thanks for posting.
"Metabolic abnormalities underpin PMOS, from genetic origins to clinical manifestations."
"Insulin resistance affects the majority of people with PMOS and contributes to androgen excess, which, together with low-grade inflammation and dysfunctions in adipokine signalling and the sympathetic nervous system, drives metabolic dysfunction."
@ChrisMasterjohn I know you know all about this already, but to add, also grass-fed pasture-raised meat and dairy.
Pasture-raised meat tastes so much better, and it's healthier. If you get a 1/2 cow in your freezer, it doesn't need to be much more expensive either.
I used to get seasonal allergies and congestion. Dropping all pasteurized dairy/butter was the main thing (but I have made lots of changes.)
We bake and cook with grass-fed tallow.
There's something wrong with pasteurized dairy, and while raw dairy is 20x better, still requires lots of daylight to handle IMO.
For myself, instead of adding in more things, taking things away worked better and working on my light environment. I say this as someone who's spent $10,000+ on supplements. Wishing you success with it.
@CaryKelly11 I love maple syrup but raw honey is a healing food. I believe the benefits of honey over maple syrup aren't due to the levels of minerals.
If I had to place a bet, it's the fact that it's antibacterial and has bee-generated enzymes.
@NgoloTesla CRTs are the best. Something very special about them. I've now collected 9 of them, and we use them every day.
I always thought it was trace UV and infrared, but maybe something else there as well...
