After @AirCanada lost our kids last year and delayed our flight by days, we decided to use our travel vouchers. Welp, they lost all our luggage (including thousands in climbing gear) and won't respond. Their online tools don't work either.

Flying @AirCanada is a nightmare. Multiple delays. Now last minute cancellation returning to NYC while my children were supposed to meet us at the airport from Seattle. 2 hour phone lines then disconnect ed. Now we're not going to make it and kids are stranded alone. 😡
