Dosyć ważna i ciekawa informacja, która przypłynęła wczoraj z USA. SEC wydał interpretację, która reguluje pewne zasady dla rynku krypto w ich kraju. O dziwo jest to pozytywna zmiana. 🇺🇸
Przeczytałem żebyście wy nie musieli. Kilka wniosków jakie płyną z tego komunikatu:
1⃣. Problem który istniał od lat. Każdy projekt budujący w USA żył w ciągłej niepewności. SEC mogło zapukać do drzwi w każdej chwili i powiedzieć: "Twój token to papier wartościowy. Łamiesz prawo." Efekt był taki że setki projektów zawijało się do Dubaju, Singapuru czy innych krajów.
2⃣. 17 marca 2026 SEC ogłosiło oficjalną interpretację prawną podpisaną przez dwie największe agencje regulacyjne jednocześnie - SEC i CFTC. Pierwszy raz w historii.
3⃣. Najważniejszy punkt to ten, że większość kryptowalut to NIE są papiery wartościowe.
4⃣. Powstał oficjalny podział tokenów:
→ Cyfrowe towary (BTC, ETH)
→ Stablecoiny
→ NFT / cyfrowe kolekcje
→ Utility tokeny
→ Security tokeny (jedyne pod jurysdykcją SEC)
Koniec z "wszystko może być security jeśli nam pasuje."
5⃣. Uregulowano wiele tematów.
Airdropy? ✅ Jasny status prawny.
Staking? ✅ Jasny status prawny.
Mining? ✅ Jasny status prawny.
Wrapping tokenów? ✅ Jasny status prawny.
6⃣. SEC i CFTC podzieliły kompetencje. Przez lata obie agencje przepychały się o to, kto ma władzę nad krypto. Ta wojna właśnie się skończyła. Jasna linia. Jasna odpowiedzialność. Koniec chaosu.
7⃣. Co to oznacza dla rynku? W sumie tyle że więcej projektów będzie mogło budować się na terenie USA. Możliwe że wpłynie więcej środków na tworzenie nowych.
Imo dobre info dla całego rynku. W hossie pewnie byłoby to ogrywane na milion sposobów żeby pompować cenę, tak teraz mam wrażenie jest o tym dosyć cicho. 😉
