reasons why you should use PayBox:
-> AI can already search for available flights for you or even check for the nearest restaurant but PayBox lets AI agents handle payments and transactions on your behalf.
-> you’re not just giving an AI access to your money, you still get to decide what it can and can’t do.
-> you can simply automate payments like for example keep my Spotify subscription in check for the next 2months instead of doing it yourself, let your agent handle the boring stuff
-> you get to set the boundaries on your spending limits, approvals and permissions, you decide how much freedom the agent gets
-> it does make your money more usable if you think about it because @PayBox is basically building a bridge between AI and payments, so agents can actually interact with the financial world
AI doesn’t need your money but it needs permission and who will give that permission -> PAYBOX
PAYBOX - a visual representation
So yeah, i want to brief about paybox from my perspective
SCENE 1
from the picture we have a person holding cash/cards/wallets → represents us, the users, and the way we already make payments and purchases
and
the hands → represent AI chatbots/agents, the ones we interact with and ask to get things done for us
what happens when the AI we talk to needs to actually make a transaction on our behalf?
SCENE 2
this is where @PayBox is introduced by @moonpay as the bridge between the two sides (the guy in the middle) almost like connecting them via a handshake
finally, SCENE 3
as soon as you shake PayBox, it automatically does the transaction for you hence the HANDHSHAKE on both sides
with your authorization as the owner of the wallet/cards paybox would do carry out the transactions for you as simple as the 🤝
