Collaboration is key! It was great to spend time with local leaders from #cities, #counties and #specialdistricts last week. Our board members Teresa Acosta, @jaronbrandon, and Don Bartz brought their expertise to Sacramento and connected with ILG partners.
@FrankBigelowCA Assemblyman Bigelow, in taking office you were the first to reach out and hear from Tuolumne County, and not only that but attending the meeting personally. I greatly appreciated that. Thank you for doing the difficult job and representing our area for so many years. 🤝
I was a student representative. #UCM gave me the space and tools to grow. But 40% state funding on the backs on students is shameful for the kids in my area wanting the same opportunity. #edchat#capolitics#stoptheforeverhike@_UCSA

Local gov't needs to coomincatw like it's a donor/community driven nonprofit.
Invest in your customers. Build a relationship. Be transparent throughout. Share successes and embrace criticism earnestly.
#TuolumneCounty is taking these steps, and I'm proud. #Governance
Today we celebrated the ground breaking of the Tuolumne Resiliency Center, golden shovels ans everything. Thousands of staff hours were invested making this a reality as a community and emergency center for future generations.
@alex_lee Thank you Assemblyman Lee! I can say first-hand that remote viewing options have hugely expanded engagement with constituents. Far more accessible, and therefore accountable.
