Waited on the phone with @Chase for 28 minutes to be told to go into a branch... after their website told me to call. Super helpful. If I knew opening a savings account online would lock me out of all my accounts I just wouldn’t have.

@united I was also charged an extra $25 for booking on the phone when I offered to book on the app, and they said they would take care of it and was not told that would be an extra $25 per person. That’s insane.
I’ve wasted so much money ordering to the wrong place since @dunkindonuts changed their app to default to order ahead “nearby”.. which changes depending when on the car ride I order. I go the same place every day.. why doesn’t it know this?
@Clear is great, but now I need @Delta to put the fingerprint readers at the counter because I still have to pull my ID out to check a bag. Bag Check > TSA > SkyClub without fumbling with my ID is #thetraveldream.
WOW! Firm believer @amazon should at least warn you if you are buying seasons of a show on Prime Video and they don’t sell the last season. Would have never started if I knew I couldn’t finish 🙈
