@tu_clothing Why would I do that if the email #tu_clothing sent to advise me my order is ready for collection also clearly states collection time 7am-10pm?

@tu_clothing @ArgosHelpers What??? It says collection times are 7-10. Yes it does say may differ from opening times so the store could be open 24hrs, from 5am, 6am etc etc... I get it... BUT it says COLLECTION time 7-10 BUT I couldn’t collect until 8am!

@tu_clothing @ArgosHelpers So I ask again... what part have I misunderstood? It says my order is ready to collect at 7am when it isn’t = no need to wake up early, 30 mins wasted effort driving in the morning, 15 mins wasted on phone to customer services & wasted lunch break during 2nd collection attempt!
