@lenisadventure ngl, as someone who works with food, the calories on the website are most likely never going to be accurate (for example at mcdonald’s they most likely eyeball the amount of fries) so i personally like to ~ 200 cals. that being said even at 1100 you wouldn’t have gained so the -
