@LisBteamdizzy @_JoeMiddleton @nikkiwphysio @SteffiBailey I have tried to avoid it, but when I have felt it would be detrimental for a patient to miss their regular meds I have added a note on our electronic prescribing system and make sure to click that they were admitted on that drug.
It is one of my main frustrations at present!
