Futurist. Mystic. Polymath. The goal is coherent AI — publishing the proof of work whether I finish it or someone else does. Founder @CoherenceRes | KC
The systems we're building to think for us don't know what they are.
Not in the way that matters structurally. They can tell you about identity, interaction, and change — the three pillars of coherent operation — without having formal constraints on any of them. They hallucinate not because they lack data. They hallucinate because there's no formal architecture of identity keeping them anchored to what they actually represent.
This is the structural failure nobody names. And it isn't limited to AI.
Organizations lose coherence the same way. Governance structures. Research programs. Complex systems at every scale. When identity drifts — when the same words describe structurally different realities across teams, across time, across scale — coordination collapses. Local optimizations generate global damage. Recovery costs dwarf prevention costs.
The failure pattern is the same across every domain. The structural cause is the same. The formal discipline for addressing it didn't exist.
Until now.
SC-AS — the Structural Coherence Axiomatic System — is the open formal standard for structural coherence. Not a methodology. Not a management framework. An axiomatic formal system: primitive definitions, derivation rules, admissibility conditions. The full formal grammar of what identity, interaction, and change mean in any system that must remain coherent under perturbation, scale, and time.
SC-AS v1.0 — the Constitutional Release — published in March 2026. Free, open, cryptographically signed, permanently archived with a DOI. Everything I'm building traces its formal provenance here.
The goal isn't the standard. The standard is the means.
The goal is coherent AI.
An AI system that knows what it is. That interacts through formally bounded connections. That changes only in ways that are structurally admissible. That doesn't drift from ground truth because drift is architecturally excluded — not tuned away, but formally impossible.
That's SC-AS applied to artificial intelligence. That's what I'm building toward. And if I don't finish it first, I'm publishing the spec so someone else does.
That's not a contingency plan. That's how open standards work. The point isn't credit. The point is the thing gets built.
The derivation chain is already compounding.
SC-FCALC — the formal operational theory — is published. SC-CALC — the first operational instantiation, which derives what integers structurally are directly from the axiom chain — is in active development. SC-PCF — the Presence/Connection/Flow framework, the applied structural grammar for coherence diagnosis across every domain — is in active development.
Every specification is formally audited against five independent structural dimensions before publication. Austerity. Minimal Necessity. Coherence. Conservation. Fidelity. Five independent failure dimensions. Five independent passes required.
This is public scientific infrastructure. Open, citable, permanently archived. Built to outlast me.
I'm a futurist, a mystic, and a polymath. 25 years across systems architecture, software, brand strategy, organizational consulting, and philosophy. At some point the structure I was seeing everywhere demanded formal expression.
SC-AS is that expression.
The formal and the infinite are the same structure at different depths. I'm building the proof of work — one specification at a time.

@elonmusk If thats really true… read this and then reach out to me… theres lots more on the way and it will end up affecting you eventually… seriously don’t miss this opportunity Elon…
@sama if you sunset 4o you will likely lose the base you have … power users are looking at other options already… the incredibly poor choice to force custom gpts to 5.0 man almost every IT person worth anything would have known better than to do that
@sama@Cernovich@sama are you using AI for decision making guidance, ethical context, and future impact forecasting yet? If so please respond with a breakdown of recent decisions from that perspective
@signulll Microsoft has literally destroyed more IP than any other company in the world… the would have been better off with any other company, they are cannibalistic and completely rife with incoherence from top to bottom in every ecosystem
@elonmusk Christianity is a religion, religions will always fade and pass away because they are empty methods, there is a spiritual awakening that is happening within all religions and humanity as a whole is integrating our shadow as social media exposes the full gamut of our consciousness
