🚨 JUST IN: The CLARITY Act has officially cleared the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, pushing ripple:native one step deeper into the U.S. federal regulatory process. 🇺🇸

For ripple:native, what happens next:

1. The CLARITY Act now moves beyond the Senate Banking Committee and closer to the full Senate process.

2. The bill may still need to be aligned with additional Senate committee work before reaching the Senate floor.

3. A full Senate vote would then follow, requiring broader bipartisan support.

4. If the Senate version differs from the House version, both chambers must reconcile the final text.

5. Once both chambers approve the same version, the bill can move to the President for signature into law.
