@altontowers Yet since we stayed in April you still haven’t had the decency to reply to our complaint about our accessible room we booked for 2 nights that was so disgusting you moved us to to a partially accessible with no wet room, and you charged us another nearly £300 for the privilege

@PaulLudlowUK @pandocruises please can you clarify the vaccination for 12-15 year olds. My daughter has had the Pfizer vaccination. The government state that one dose is sufficient. I assume she will be able to travel in October with us?
