3. No Work on Sundays
Sundays are fun days! No work emails, business to-do lists, or client calls. Sundays are for self-care and time with loved ones. Having at least one consistent day off per week has helped remind me that the "play hard" is what fuels the "work hard"

2. Daily Goals
Immediately after meditation, I write down no more than two key goals or tasks for the day. I always gut check that my goals ultimately ladder up to my monthly, quarterly or yearly goals
