@AmericanAir Have you ever been to Charlotte? Finding airport staff is always busy with long lines of other stranded people because of persistent delays. Have you ever walked from one end of b or c to the last gate in the e terminal? I want your ceo to do it just once.

@AmericanAir, aa1960 out of SFO, came in late, they started to napped us but no cleaning crew available, been standing on the jet bridge for 20 mins while cleaners come in one by one. As usual I have a tight connection in the train wreck of an airport in Charlotte. Terrible

@AmericanAir this has been a ridiculous day of delays. You have to stop using Charlotte as a hub. It is long past capacity. You need to send more flights from regional airports in NC to other cities. You are forcing me to consider switching to @delta

Today, Leaving Austin was difficult. Heavy winds. I was delay 5hrs and, Jamie, working gate 34 was working hard to help passengers the whole time. A real @AmericanAir #AAllStar. I told the ExecPlat desk. Remember gate agents don’t divine the weather, but do deserve your respect.
