@kylesockwell - losing to a 13-year-old with "eat my bubbles" written on their back with a sharpie ๐คฃ
Nah man let the anxiety go! You're gonna have fun racing again. And hey this is to see where you're at, wherever that is .. and go from there. Enjoy!
With Twitter's change in ownership last week, I'm probably in the clear to talk about the most unethical thing I was asked to build while working at Twitter.

Dangit people, I *just* got here. Feels like I took a 15 year journey to stop ignoring the social media party and right as I walk in the building catches fire.
@triketora Agreed but that signal requires human anlysis to have meaning. Or the top ranked engineer is the one who kept tweaking the prettier config every week, or ran protogen. Or "accidentally" committed node_modules.
Getting a quick but accurate read on people is a key skill for managers and execs, bringing in outside help to think for you is the first step to letting the team know you are lacking in essential skills and not to trust you.
I worked with a team for a few weeks.
People built using TDD or very tight test-after.
It was all trunk-based with continuous deployment.
They formed up squads/swarms/groups as needed to get work done.
They turned around improvements in a day usually.

@DrSwammer@BFratus Thanks for sharing the video. I was like how the heck did he pop up in the lead after hitting that first wall so short?! Truly amazing underwaters.
