@Nortier I follow the rule: buy what you’re like first.
Demand will come and go in waves.
So you can’t really go wrong with neither of the other options.
Average number of cards per booster is 9 to 5.
So in reality, there were only ~1 billion boosters made in last year. Probably even less, if taking into account promos and battle decks.
Which means, only 1 in 8 people in the world can possibly have one of that boosters.

The Pokémon Company revealed that 10 billion Pokémon cards were printed in the last year
Over 10% of all the cards ever made were printed between April 2025 and March 2026
Unpopular opinion:
next NFT wave will happen sooner than later
and it will be mainly dominated by Digital Collectibles
in a form of NFTs acting as a proof of ownership to RWA assets: TCG, comics, watches, “anything that can be colaterized on chain”.
Regular users will not know it’s an NFT and they shouldn’t. (It’s already hidden under the hood.)
But if you dig deeper, you can find more opportunities.
Those who will greatly benefit are:
- collectors, who hold collectibles (digital or RWA itself);
- business owners, who provide great services to obtain collectibles (e.g. popular gacha mechanic);
- builders, who make an easy way to trade and exchange collectibles on marketplaces, aggregators and through APIs.
Pick one and enjoy the ride.
Flippers may not stand a chance this time.
Just re-read it and realized it was confusing.
I was answering your question and asking about the API type that:
- verifies OG platform of a collectible (the place where it was originally created/minted and can potentially be claimed)
- checks on what other marketplaces a collectible can be traded
- displays all the info
Have you build something like this or similar for your app? And how hard it is to do?
