3. Increase private equity investment: Revise government tax relief schemes like EIS to boost private investment in early-stage film production companies.

4. Support ongoing investment in UK talent: Create mechanisms to invest in the long-term careers of UK filmmakers, writers, and actors, ensuring domestic talent isn't lost to international players.

5. Enhance access to film finance data: Improve transparency and availability of detailed data on film financing to better understand and support the industry's financial ecosystem.

I had the honour of getting to know and work with Chance as an actor at Youth Theatre; even as a kid, he was head and shoulders above the rest of us. He was warm, funny, and charming, and he deserved every bit of his success. This is an absolute tragedy.
