I got absolutely eviscerated on the RH chain last week, so I'm tentative to even mention any plays at all on there, but this one is at least interesting.

Packed (https://t.co/ch79nXdQSL) is trying to fix the ugliest part of a new-chain launch which is where everyone is racing the same block, snipers first, everyone else last.

What happens is that on Robinhood Chain and Solana, Packed lets a group take seats in a pack before the coin exists.

Those wallets get written on-chain, and when the launch hits, the whole pack buys in one block, at one price.

The team also used their own tool to launch the token itself.

For the tokenomics, there's no owner and no mint, which means nothing left that can print more later.

This is meant to be how you use an actual launchpad platform.

Right now, creating a launch, taking a seat, locking a pack, and using the tools still get paid in the chain’s native asset. The plan is for $PACKD to become the cheaper way to pay those fees.

Holders also get the scarce seats: priority when a pack is oversubscribed, access to invite-only packs, and paid tools after a project finishes its curve.

The money loop is the other half. Packed is building its own launchpad, and the design they have published is simple: 1% on every buy and sell. 75% of that fee goes to the coin’s creator.

The other 25% buys $PACKD on the open market. Pack fees and the cost of taking a seat are supposed to come back as burns.

Liquidity locks at graduation, with no withdrawal path in the code. If people actually use the launcher, volume is supposed to buy and burn $PACKD instead of leaking out as team emissions.

Usage creates fees. Fees buy the token. Seats and tools make holding it useful.

How the Index Grows Your Share

You don't just hold a token, you own a percentage of the entire index. Every fee the platform generates gets added directly to the index's holdings, so the pool itself grows.

Say you hold 10% of the index. The index generates 1 ETH in fees that day. That 1 ETH gets added to the basket, and your 10% share now entitles you to 0.1 ETH more than before.

Withdraw anytime, and that extra is realized as profit.

The bigger your share, the more of every fee generated flows back to you. No separate claim process, no staking required, it's already baked into what you own.

And worth being clear on one thing: new deposits don't dilute what you've already earned. Fees already in the index are already priced into your share, a newcomer buys in at the current price and grows the pool, they don't take from your existing slice.

Things are getting interesting for $SHUFFLE.

TVL is up nearly 8% since yesterday, but it’s not just new money coming in.
The index share price is up around 1.7% too, and most of the WETH that was sitting in the basket has now been put to work in memes.

More people entering, more of the index actually deployed, and each share worth more than it was yesterday.
That is the kind of progress I want to see.

That's the XSHUFFLE share price, so this is the basket doing the work.

Rebalancing and risk control are built into the platform. Targets get reset daily, adjustments happen gradually through the day, and there are hard limits on how much can be sold at once.

Nobody is sitting there making panic decisions.When the bull run properly kicks in, memes will come out of nowhere. You can't hold every one of them, and you can't catch every rotation by hand. The index is the gateway, one token and you're covered across the top 20.

And imo the platform alone is worth a lot now, before you even factor in the flywheel with the token. Activity creates fees, fees fund daily buybacks of $SHUFFLE, and that demand feeds straight back into the mechanism. It's still so early.
