Employment is not merely about earning a salary. It is also about dignity, freedom, social mobility, and access to power.

If caste continues to influence hiring and promotions, all progress will remain void. Your merit banging cannot decide our future.

SC, ST and OBC student are no less talented than a privileged savarna. One's surname can't determine their potential.

If India genuinely believes in talent, it must ensure that talent from all communities gets a fair chance in the private sector too.
