I received a call stating the refund is credited into my domino's account....Just to let you know its still 0 and nothing is credited till now. Is this the way you resolve issues

@dominos_india ordered pizza on 4th August..... Delivered an hour late, cold. Complained about refund twice. Only resolution I have till date is... Refund not possible due to technical issues. Complaint no. 10561464 & 10803437
