@limeroadcom 8. I again called customer support, now the agents are refusing to register for return order bcoz I don't have that poly bag bcoz THE DELIVERY BOY DID NOT GIVE THE BAG.

It's been over 2 weeks now the issue has not been resolved . I am stuck.

4. 27 oct 2025: I called on customer support to address the issue.
