@amazonIN is no long an e-comm company, it is now a jasoos. I recieved my order #403-7879492-9332340 with missing items & unsealed box, & when as an honest customer asked for replacement, I am asked to wait 3 days for investigation to happen. @jagograhakjago#CustomerHarassment

@Eurail, my train had got cancelled on 27th due to EVG strikes in Germany. I had requested for refund (#403062) for my reservation & provided all the details to your support team, but it is more than a week & I am yet to receive any update on this. Do you guys care to reply?
