@StaceyPainter4 Yes, knowing your students is key, and I think that having examples will help those spatial learners who aren't sure what to do, maybe overwhelmed at all the options available. Create an anchor chart of for ideas of what to create, will help relieve their anxiety. #wuedt6020

@StaceyPainter4 I think if teachers are given opportunities to learn new technology, and are open minded enough to know it is an "ongoing learning process," they may be more apt to give it a try. Starting is sometimes the hardest part of change in routines. #WUEDT6020

@EmilyBain18 #WUedt6020 I love Educreations for LA skills such as prefixes, suffixes, homophones, homographs, homonyms, etc. For example, I think seeing the progression from the base word to the addition of either a prefix or suffix helps with understanding & its a great visual to learn from.

@GinaWilmU #wuedt6020 Great question Gina! So I think some advantages would be that it is super engaging for the students, they think learning is fun, and it helps them to be successful in their future lives. A disadvantage would be not all students would have home access for technology.

@McCoolWILMu I will be abel to integrate the "makerspaces" into my classroom during SS and Science. I think that having the students explore and discover will help them understand science, and creating posters or paper foldables, etc in SS will help with understanding. #wuedt6020

@MrsSeibert94 I agree Jen, I think cutting down on paper use will not only help to make grading easier, it will give students less opportunities to lose their papers. I also feel that when the technology is used consistently it makes them more confident learners. #wuedt6020
