A concept that changed my life:
Deep Work.
It’s make me 10x more effective as an entrepreneur so I have more time to build, read, walk, and think.
Here’re 5 of my favourite tips:
1. Know your goal. Because it doesn’t matter how hard you work if you work on the wrong things.
2. Don’t task swap. Swapping between tasks is more tiring than you think. One big goal per session.
3. Tolerate no distractions. It takes one glance at social media to ruin your productivity. When you work, you work
4. Experiment with time. I’ve found 90 minutes work 20 minutes rest to be the sweet spot. In the afternoon, I reduce to 60.
5. Embrace deep rest. You will become 10x more productive if you actually rest between sessions. Meditation and walking are the best reset tools imo.
Design your day around Deep Work. Combine with internet leverage.
See you at the top.
Hope this helps,

Success is the only revenge.
As you expand, they shrink into irrelevance.
As you get louder, no one can hear them.
You don’t beat them…you cast a shadow so big no one can see them to begin with.
When people copy - they copy the wrong stuff because they don’t know why it worked to begin with.
And when it breaks - they don’t know how to fix it because they didn’t build it.
So don’t sweat it.

Low solar angle sunlight (around sunrise and sunset- and NOT just when the sun is at the horizon), is the optimal stimulus for setting your circadian clock for daytime wakefulness, night time sleep, mood & health. Blue-yellow contrast is the key. Even w/cloud cover it’s there.
We pay too much attention to the most confident voices—and too little attention to the most thoughtful ones.
Certainty is not a sign of credibility. Speaking assertively is not a substitute for thinking deeply.
It's better to learn from complex thinkers than smooth talkers.
