This looks way too perfect to be drawn by a hand artist and there seems no visible brush marks over panting. This looks like a strategy to make us think it's a human artist image but actually it's an AI generated image.

It’s real because the text is clear. If it were AI-generated, the text wouldn’t be this clear. The humans in the picture also seem real, so it’s a real photograph, though some editing has been done to the image.
