@virginmedia I have a fam emergency and am abroad this week. Today is the last day to cancel my internet services.I’ve tried 📞 you on many occasion in the past but no luck (technical difficulties at your end). Can u pls give me an extension until March to return and cancel?
@virginmedia Web chat option isnt ideal due to time difference.Pls stop causing unnecessary stress and give an extension until 10/03 and I’ll cancel contract first thing when I’m back.Ive tried getting in touch with virgin on many occasions but due to tech error at your end it didn’t work out
